Shipping policy

We ship climate neutral. From an order value of 50€ shipping and return shipping within Germany are free of charge for you. Shipping takes place within 1-5 business days.

We ship to all EU countries. From an order value of 150€ the shipping to all EU countries is also free. Returns are only free within Germany.

We ship from Germany. You will receive a DHL tracking number and package announcements, so you can always track where your order is.
