Because we test our products first before adding them to the Tesla Accessories Store, we have access to a wide variety of products. So feel free to contact us and we will find the right accessories for your Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.

Returns

If you want to cancel or exchange your order, log into Your Customer Account with the e-mail address used during the purchase. A one-time password will be emailed to you. You do not need to set a password for your account.

Then select the products in your order that you would like to return and click on "Request return". You will receive an email confirmation once the returns label has been created for you, which you can then download from your account.
