Cancellation policy
Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tesla Ausstatter GmbH, Schlesier Str 10, 83071 Stephanskirchen, Germany, info@tesla-ausstatter.de, phone: 01703244828) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Simply send us an e-mail with your order number and the products you wish to return to info@tesla-ausstatter.de or request the return via our order portal.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. The refund of delivery costs will be made only if the amount of the order has reached the minimum order value for free shipping.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Sample cancellation form
If you want to cancel or exchange your order, log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used during the purchase. A one-time password will be sent to you by email. You do not need an account password.
Then select the products of your order that you want to return and click on Request return. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the return label is created for you and you can download it in your account.
Alternatively, write to us at info@tesla-ausstatter.de and include the following information:
- Order number (e.g. #TA2067)
- Exchange or return
We will then send you a return label.
Return label
Without prejudice to your legal rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany. We will send you the return label by e-mail. You can drop off the return shipment at a parcel store of the respective provider in Germany.
Outside Germany, the buyer bears the cost of the return.
According to Art. 15 DSGVO, you have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified therein.
