Returns

If you don't like a product or you've accidentally purchased the wrong item, no problem. With us, you can return any product for free within Germany for 30 days. From other EU countries, you pay for the return shipping yourself.

As soon as the package has returned to us, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used during the purchase within 14 days.

Simple Returns

If you want to cancel or exchange your order, log in with the email address used at the time of purchase at our customer portal. You will receive a one-time password via email. You do not need an account password.

Then select the products from your order that you want to return and click on "Request Return".

You will receive an email confirmation once the return label has been created for you, and you can then download it from your account.
